1. Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free shipping on all Jenjune Essentials Kit orders no hidden fees, no minimums. Free shipping applies to all orders within the United States.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside our shipping area, contact us at support@jenjune.fit to inquire about future availability.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at info@jenjune.fit within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (if available). You can use it to monitor your package’s progress.
