30-Day Return and Refund Policy

•  You may return your Jenjune Essentials Kit within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

•  To be eligible, the kit must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

•  To initiate a return, contact our support team at returns@jenjune.fit with your order number and reason for return.

•  Once approved, ship the item back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

•  Refunds will be processed to the original payment within 5-7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
