30-Day Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Just email us at support@jenjune.fit with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Please note: Customer are responsible for return shipping costs. Any sturdy packaging is acceptable if the original box is unavailable.
3-Year Warranty
Beyond the 30-day refund period, your Jenjune Essentials Kit is covered by a 3-year, no-questions-asked warranty.
If any item in your kit experiences snaps, tears, or other physical damage, we'll replace it — no questions asked.
This warranty covers:
• Product defects
• Snaps, tears, or breakage
• Any physical damage that affects performance
Normal stretching of resistance bands over time is expected and not covered.
